Muro
About Muro

A simple marketplace for indoor ad space.

Muro is built for local hosts and advertisers who want a cleaner way to buy and sell physical ad placements without turning the process into a full agency engagement.

Charlottesville first Indoor placements Offers + instant reserve

Why Muro exists

Most local physical advertising still gets sold informally. A buyer texts a venue owner, asks what is available, waits for a rate, and hopes the timing lines up. Muro turns that into a simpler public marketplace.

Hosts can list walls, mirrors, windows, counters, and other real-world placements. Advertisers can browse those options, make offers, message the host, or reserve certain spaces instantly when the listing is configured for it.

What Muro focuses on

  • Clear starting rates so buyers know where the conversation begins.
  • Simple messaging tied to the specific listing instead of scattered DMs.
  • Poster-first creative guidance so campaigns are easier to produce and print.

What Muro is not

  • Not a massive programmatic ad network.
  • Not a generic classifieds board with no booking flow.
  • Not a design studio, although listings can still note when creative help is needed.

Current scope

Muro is currently focused on Charlottesville. That keeps the experience tight while the marketplace grows, helps hosts stay local, and gives advertisers a more realistic view of the inventory they can actually activate quickly.

Creative sizing on listings is centered around three standard poster trims: 11 x 17, 18 x 24, and 24 x 36.
